Ringchain Network collects information submitted through the Early Access form so we can understand interest in Ringchain products and contact people about launch updates.

Accounts and sign-in

When you sign in, we process your email address, email-verification record, account identifier, optional name and currency preference. For new email registrations, you must enter and confirm a password, then verify your email address. Existing accounts can also sign in with an email code. If you choose an available Google, Microsoft or Apple sign-in option, you use that provider’s authentication instead of creating a Ringchain password. We store a salted, computationally hardened password verifier rather than your readable password. Resetting or changing a password requires fresh email verification and ends other signed-in sessions. A secure session cookie keeps you signed in for up to one day, or up to 30 days if you choose to stay signed in. You can review and end sessions from your account.

We use short-lived verification and abuse-prevention records to protect sign-in. The sign-in system uses hashed network identifiers for request limits; it does not add device names or locations to your account. If you choose Google, Microsoft or Apple sign-in, the selected provider supplies an account identifier and may supply an email address. We verify the provider response and retain the provider identifier to recognize later sign-ins. Before using your account or placing an order, you must verify your delivery email using a code sent by Ringchain, including when signing in with Google, Microsoft or Apple. A provider’s email-verification claim does not replace this check. We reuse successful verification for the same account and address. Older accounts without a confirmed record must verify once before continuing. Password strength is estimated in your browser, without sending the password to a strength-rating service. Sign-in emails are sent through Resend, and website data is processed using Cloudflare infrastructure. These providers may process data outside your country.

Orders and membership

We process order details, delivery status, membership credits and referral records to provide the services you request. New orders use your verified account email as the delivery address. After you verify an email address, earlier guest orders sent to that address may be linked to your account. Orders already owned by a different account are not transferred. We record the privacy notice version and the time of your explicit acknowledgement when completing registration or provider linking. We do not use sign-in verification as consent to marketing messages.

How we use it

We use submitted information to manage the Ringchain launch list, conduct product-market validation, communicate relevant launch/product updates, and protect the form against abuse.

Retention

Sign-in codes expire after 10 minutes. We periodically remove expired sign-in and abuse-prevention records. A record of successful delivery-email verification remains with your account after the temporary code is removed. We retain account and order records while needed to provide your account, resolve transactions and meet applicable record-keeping requirements.

We intend to retain early-access lead data only for as long as it is reasonably needed for these purposes, after which it may be deleted or anonymised.

Sharing

Account, order and lead data may be processed by infrastructure providers used to operate the Ringchain website and lead-capture system. We do not sell your personal information.
