How much data should I choose?

Will my phone work?
Your exact model and sales region need eSIM support, and your phone should be carrier-unlocked. Some mainland-China models need installation abroad. Check your device →
When should I install and activate?
Install with stable internet and follow your plan’s instructions. Installation and activation can be different events; check Full rules for the timing and QR window before you start.
Can I keep my usual SIM and number?
If your phone supports it, use the travel eSIM for data and keep your usual SIM for calls and texts. Turn off data roaming on your usual SIM; its call and SMS charges still depend on your carrier.
What happens when I use my data?
Select a plan to see its allowance and speed rules. Total, Daily and Unlimited work differently.
Can I make calls or share a hotspot?
Calling and SMS depend on the selected plan. Check the included services.
Check your plan’s notes for hotspot availability or caps. Your phone settings can also matter.
Can I add more data to this eSIM?
Top-ups depend on the plan and your installed eSIM. Another purchase does not automatically combine allowances.
What should I know about refunds?
Refund eligibility depends on the plan and its installation, activation and expiry status. Check the selected plan’s rules before installing.
